Maureen's Top 5 Customer Service tips

How are you today?
From my own personal experience, I have observed the following tips with regards to providing exceptional Customer Service.
1) Always re-assure the customer
2) If you promise the customer that you will do something, do it!
3) "Under promise" and "over deliver"
4) Always maintain a professional composure at all times
5) Always have a positive smile. ;-)
One more thing. It's much cheaper to retain a repeat customer than it is to acquire a new one.
