Rise to the top with these 5 tips

1) Know your product or service extremely well.

2) Really understand your target market lest you waste everyone's time and money.

3) Determine the most effective medium (print, TV, radio, Internet, etc.) to promote your product or service.

4) Be proactive: Don't wait for a customer to get back to you.

5) ABC: Always be closing (from Boiler Room)

Maureen's Top 5 Customer Service tips

How are you today?

From my own personal experience, I have observed the following tips with regards to providing exceptional Customer Service.

1) Always re-assure the customer

2) If you promise the customer that you will do something, do it!

3) "Under promise" and "over deliver"

4) Always maintain a professional composure at all times

5) Always have a positive smile. ;-)

One more thing. It's much cheaper to retain a repeat customer than it is to acquire a new one.

Good question. It's the nick name my dad gave me when I was a little girl, and refers to an amphibious antelope. I'm told it's also a distant relative of the gazelle. You see, I was very fast runner a long time ago.
